Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in Piedmont, South Carolina. This role is primarily based in the non-profit industry, where you will be instrumental in organizing, scheduling, and coordinating events and campaigns. You will also act as a liaison with partners and collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of blood drive events

Coordinate with business partners for event organization

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials

Handle scheduling and event coordination tasks efficiently

Utilize email marketing strategies to promote events

Oversee account management and maintenance activities

Direct marketing campaigns for event promotion

Ensure proper communication with all stakeholders involved in events

Manage key accounts and ensure their satisfaction

Handle other administrative and organizational tasks as needed Requirements - Proficiency in Email Marketing is a must for effective communication and promotion.

Experience in Direct Marketing Campaigns to reach out to a broader audience.

Ability to handle Account Management to maintain good relations with clients.

Demonstrated skills in Account Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Experience in Key Account Management to handle primary clients efficiently.

Proficiency in Scheduling to manage time and tasks effectively.

Experience in Coordinating Events to ensure smooth execution of all events.

Skills in Event Coordination to handle all aspects of event planning and management.
