Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Account Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting project operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle project-related administrative tasks while maintaining accuracy and adhering to strict deadlines.

Utilize critical thinking to prioritize assignments, resolve issues, and ensure goals are met within established timelines.

Build and nurture collaborative relationships with colleagues, external partners, and stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and the community.

Process project documentation, including daily productivity logs, weekly personnel time-sheets, and related reports.

Support the preparation and management of documentation for construction projects as needed.

Manage invoices and track project-related requests to ensure accurate processing and record-keeping.

Draft and organize quotes, contracts, letters of intent, and correspondence efficiently.

Develop and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for various project needs.

Undertake additional tasks and duties to assist with department priorities and projects.

Requirements

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or similar roles.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills for handling pricing, quotes, and invoicing tasks.

Capable of managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn proprietary software systems, such as NetSuite.

Skilled at analyzing information and effectively communicating insights across organizational levels.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.

Exceptional organizational skills with flexibility to adapt priorities to meet changing business needs.
