Overview

The Maintenance Lead troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and installs HVAC and related equipment as assigned, and assumes day-to-day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner.

Pay: $28 - $35

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

-? Maintain records of technical knowledge regarding equipment and concepts

-? Handle heavy workload of calls

-? Inform customer when arriving at or leaving the job and when planning to return?

-? Manage workload and job scheduling

-? Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork??

-? Obtain customer signature on all service reports (before work begins when performing spot jobs)

-? Keep manager informed of customer feedback

-? Communicate effectively and promptly

-? Provide technical training and knowledge as needed to client, customer and team

-? Collaborate with and across multiple departments and representatives within the Company

-? When the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may also be responsible for directing smaller work groups?

-? Report team performance issues to the Supervisor

Qualifications

? Must possess valid, unexpired driver's license

-? High School Diploma, GED or suitable equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications:

-? One (1) year of prior HVAC or mechanical technician experience is preferred

-? One (1) year of prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred
