Hours 6am-230pm
Shift: Standard shifts, extended business hours depending on customer needs

What's a typical day as Logistics Specialist? You'll be:
Managing Shipping/Receiving Office Clerk responsibilities to ensure timely and accurate logistics operations
Utilizing SAP and a variety of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for data entry and operational tracking
Communicating effectively with team members and leadership, adapting quickly to changes in workflow or priorities
Taking ownership of assigned duties, resolving challenges creatively, and ensuring high-quality results
Operating powered industrial trucks and handling physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Are a high school graduate or equivalent
Have 3-5 years of experience in shipping/receiving or office clerk roles, with operational experience preferred
Demonstrate strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/MRP systems, SAP, and warehouse management systems
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can multi-task under pressure independently or as part of a team
Exhibit a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
Are a creative problem solver who thrives in productive environments and takes initiative
Are flexible to work standard shifts as well as extended hours depending on customer needs
Can meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50+ pounds, operating industrial trucks, and working in varying temperatures
