Volt is immediately hiring for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler

in Colorado Springs

, CO.

As a Electro-Mechanical Assembler,

you will:

Perform a variety of simple mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations on components, assemblies, and sub assemblies.

Assemble PCB boards and circuit board sub assemblies.

Perform standard inspection and testing practices to ensure product quality.

Review test data to identify out of specification results and failures.

Clean parts using approved solvents.

Monitor production equipment to ensure proper operation.

Troubleshoot test unit failures and clearly communicate findings to support corrective actions.

Follow written work instructions and test procedures precisely.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

This is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity.

Monday-Friday 5:30am-2:00pm

Electro-Mechanical Assembler candidates must meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a production and/or electronics manufacturing environment.

Ability to follow detailed work and test instructions.

Thorough knowledge of mechanical production processes.

Strong hand eye coordination and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel).

Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.

Fluency in verbal and written English.

Pay for this position is $17-$18/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
