Monday - Friday schedule with $26.00 per hour starting pay.

Position provides administrative support to the Operations Department by performing the essential functions listed below and other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties:

Track, analyze, report, and update statistics for operations and performance records

Track, organize and support recognition and appreciation programs.

Maintain personnel files, enter training records, and support recognition/appreciation programs

Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare facilities

Process, research and track departmental expenses and order all office supplies/uniforms

Update the Operations calendar and record/transcribe minutes of meetings

Create flyers for events, promotions and associate communications.

Booking flights/tracking credit flights and assist with related special projects

Cover/Assist in other areas as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred and four years related experience and/or training required

Highly proficient in with MS Office Suite and standard office hardware/10 key by touch required

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail required

Ability to work flexible hours, Holidays and some weekends required

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
