Job Summary:

Responsible for providing high-end customer service and store support. ?Assistant manager directly oversees all aspects of operations and day-to-day routine work of rental and retail associates in store. Responsible for maintaining business standards and has increased decision-making authority. Assistant Manager acts as a knowledgeable representative of our brand and drives culture inside our retail and rental stores. Fulfills day-to-day work responsibilities for the organization as needed.

Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $32.14/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Housing Availability: No

Job Responsibilities:

Managing a team size closer to 10-20 multi-unit employees

Providing consistent and direct feedback, coaching and guidance to team members.

Designing, executing and tracking training plans

Ensuring department and staff have all necessary supplies

Create a rewarding environment in which to work, generate a team atmosphere

Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques. Managing inventory of rental and retail product.

Communicate ideas or issues with Store and Regional Managers

Manage operational budgets and payroll

Remain current on new industry products and trends, and demonstrate knowledge of products

Administrative duties

Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

Minimum 2 years leadership experience

2 years in retail and/or rental experience

Knowledge and passion for talent development

Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task

Must be a team player and be able to handle fast paced stressful environment

Possess the desire to offer the highest customer service standards to guests

Familiarity with rental and retail POS system - preferred

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $32.14/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
