Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Candidates with internship, project, or classroom experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

Support engineering and production teams with daily operations

Update and maintain manufacturing documentation and records

Create and revise Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings

Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)

Review technical drawings and product documentation

Maintain accurate data within company systems

Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred

Recent graduates encouraged to apply

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus

Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
