SHIFTS AVAILABLE: 10:30 p.m. - 9 a.m.

PAY: Starting at $17.88 per hour, with opportunities for annual increase.

SCOPE OF POSITION:

Responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all gaming devices and related slot assets in addition to assisting any Slot Technician II in the performance of assigned duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices.

Completes preventative and ongoing maintenance as required on all gaming devices, slot bases, slot chairs, slot signs, and other related slot assets.

Cleans and tests gaming components on the bad parts racks, referring all technical repairs to Slot Technicians.

Demonstrate increased proficiency in the use of all test equipment provided by the department.

Brings disputes and unusual guest activities and/or behavior to the attention of management.

Notifies Slot Technicians and/or Slot Performance Management of all needed slot repairs.

Maintains knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, Tribal, state, etc.) and associated regulations as well as the company's internal controls, policies and procedures.

Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees and guests, promotes positive guest service by use of the FireKeepers Guest Service Culture; WEEA (Welcoming, Engaging, Enthusiastic and Appreciative).

Maintains knowledge of all current property promotions.

Maintains the highest level of confidentiality.

Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

An applicant's education, training and experience must be sufficient to demonstrate that the applicant possesses the ability to successfully perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is required.

High School diploma or GED. Demonstrated aptitude in hardware, software, mechanics or gaming. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be at least 21 years of age.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The ability to push, pull and maneuver up to 200 pounds, for the purpose of installation, repair or maintenance.

Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where the noise level varies from quiet to loud depending upon business.
