Key Responsibilities:

Providing clerical and administrative support related to documentation system requirements.

Auditing good manufacturing practices document files to ensure compliance with external and internal quality assurance requirements.

Maintaining documentation manuals to keep them accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to appropriate personnel.

Maintaining filing systems for all master documents.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 2+ years' experience in document control or a related field.

Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro and familiarity with document control software.

Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and integrity in documentation.

Solid understanding of work routines, procedures, and quality assurance requirements within regulated industries.

Prior experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation.

Previous exposure to document management systems in manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings.

Knowledge of industry standards and compliance protocols.
