Key Responsibilities:

Working within the Corporate Tax Department, performing various tasks to assist in the tax return process.

Assisting with tax planning projects as needed.

Performing data entry related to accounts payable and receivable.

Reviewing and processing billing and payroll transactions.

Coding invoices to accounts.

Preparing periodic reconciliation reports.

Posting cash receipts.

Qualifications:

Able to perform general bookkeeping tasks as assigned.

Requires aptitude for quantitative analysis and strong MS Excel skills.

Proven experience with data entry tasks related to accounts payable and receivable

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Basic understanding of billing, invoice coding, and reconciliation processes
