Schedule: This position requires open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak sales periods and key opportunities for maximizing earnings.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers, learn what they're looking for, and help match them with new or pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs.

Present vehicle features, technology, pricing, and available options, and accompany customers on test drives.

Build relationships with prospective and current customers through phone, email, CRM follow-up, appointments, and ongoing customer outreach.

Guide customers through the automotive sales process from initial conversation and vehicle selection through purchase and vehicle delivery.

Maintain current knowledge of dealership inventory, vehicle features, manufacturer programs, incentives, and automotive sales promotions.

What You'll Bring

Comfort using a CRM, email, phone, and other dealership technology to manage leads, appointments, and customer follow-up.

Strong organizationwhen managing multiple customers, sales opportunities, and daily tasks.

Comfort working with basic pricing, payment, and vehicle information during the sales process.

Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
