Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume hiring activity for a manufacturing environment in Bayport, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will serve as a key liaison between hiring leaders and recruiting teams, helping keep staffing plans organized, timely, and aligned with business needs. The role combines strong account management with hands-on recruiting support, making it ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate with confidence, and maintain momentum across a fast-paced hiring workflow.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of coordination between front-line leaders, high-volume hiring teams, and recruiting partners to keep open positions moving efficiently through the hiring process.

Manage a large volume of staffing activity by tracking hiring needs, confirming that requisitions are opened correctly, and helping ensure job postings are aligned with business demand.

Partner with dozens of managers on a regular basis to provide updates, address hiring concerns, and maintain clear communication on timelines, candidate flow, and next steps.

Support recruitment efforts for selected mid-level and leadership openings while focusing primarily on talent acquisition account management responsibilities.

Monitor progress against urgent staffing goals, follow up with stakeholders to remove delays, and help keep hiring plans on schedule for time-sensitive workforce needs.

Prepare and distribute hiring recaps, status reports, and tracker updates using Excel and other shared tools so managers have accurate visibility into recruiting activity.

Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-up actions across hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to improve responsiveness and execution.

Assist with sourcing and candidate pipeline activities for high-volume and specialized roles, including positions in call center, retail marketing, showroom, and field leadership functions.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in agency recruiting, staffing, or a related talent acquisition environment. 2 years of account management experience.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume hiring activity while supporting multiple stakeholders at once.

Experience in account management or a client-facing recruiting role with responsibility for driving hiring progress and maintaining strong relationships.

Working knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, requisition coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and comfort using recruiting or HR systems such as Workday and collaboration tools such as SharePoint.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with managers across different levels of the organization.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep hiring activity on track in a fast-paced environment.
