Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a L3 to join one of our largest financial service clients sitting local to Lake Mary, Florida. This individual will serve as a senior-level Production Support Engineer responsible for maintaining and enhancing critical ServiceNow, xMatters, and Oracle-based platforms. On a daily basis, they will manage incidents, troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support change and release activities to ensure platform stability and reliability. Beyond traditional support responsibilities, this role requires a strong development mindset, with the ability to analyze application code, build enhancements, develop workflows and automations, and implement technical solutions that improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will operate in an L3 support capacity, acting as the bridge between production support and development teams while partnering closely with infrastructure, application owners, and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the environment.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Production/Application Development experience, including incident triage, root cause analysis, problem management, and issue resolution in a high-volume enterprise environment.

Hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience, including workflow configuration, enhancements, integrations, and platform support.

Strong JavaScript development/scripting experience for automation, customization, and operational improvements.

Experience supporting change, release, incident, and problem management processes within a production environment.

Oracle Database experience, including permissions management, reporting support, view creation, and data provisioning.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
