What You Will Be Doing

As the Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the directors' schedules run smoothly, coordinating travel, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Maintain and optimize calendars for multiple directors.

Arrange travel, meetings, and off-site events.

Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and phone communications.

Coordinate with staff assistants and external partners to ensure timely information flow.

Proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and support a high-performing work environment.

Basic Qualifications

Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and customers

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams and working knowledge of SharePoint, Confluence, etc. with key insights to all IT-related needs

Ability to handle confidential, sensitive and classified information with discretion.

Ability to multi-task and complete assignments accurately and on time.

Effective organizational and decision-making skills

Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written and a demonstrated ability to deal with executive level contacts both within and outside of the company

Desired Skills

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with particular focus on Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word

Demonstrated flexibility and proficiency in handling competing priorities and/or requests

Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin policies and procedures and prior experience with other office applications such as Concur or SAP

Experience coordinating large meetings, leadership reviews, offsite events, and customer engagements involving multiple stakeholders.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $50300.00 - $93300.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
