The Contract & Pricing Strategy Director role is responsible for leading the development, execution, and management of the company's strategic portfolio across all therapeutic areas and business units. This role partners with brand teams, marketing, market access, finance and executive leadership to drive long-term growth, optimize resource allocation, and ensure alignment of the portfolio with the company's vision, access and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Market Access, competitive landscape, government legislative, U.S. reimbursement, oncology vs retail dynamics, pharmaceutical strategy, portfolio management, and cross-functional leadership.Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)

Minimum of 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with significant experience in strategy, portfolio management, Market Access/Payer Reimbursement or related roles.

Experience with dermatology therapies, oncology oral, IV and biologic agents required - in both large and biotech environment.

Advanced degree in lief sciences, business, or related field preferred (e.g. MBA, PhD).

Understanding of the US commercial and government healthcare and reimbursement environment.

In-depth knowledge and experience with government prices, such as AMP, BP, 340B, URA, NFAMP, other state reporting and validations of TPA calculations.

In-depth knowledge of managed care, state and federal reimbursement sectors.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, project management. Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills

Ability to rapidly assimilate information, prioritize and manage multiple projects.

Experience in developing and managing people desired.
