Overview

This team is focused on building AI-powered solutions that improve coding efficiency, automate operational processes, and support high-impact business decisions. You'll be developing intelligent tools that leverage machine learning and OCR technology to analyze data and assist with complex use cases such as high-risk transaction reviews.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI/ML solutions that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency

Build intelligent applications using machine learning models to automate business workflows

Develop OCR-based solutions to extract and process data from documents, forms, images, receipts, and PDFs

Create AI-driven decision support tools for use cases such as high-risk transaction analysis and customer risk assessment

Partner with engineering and business teams to identify and implement new AI use cases across the organization

Experience Needed

Strong software development background with Java, JavaScript, and Angular

Hands-on experience building, training, and deploying Machine Learning models

Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and document intelligence solutions

Experience developing AI-powered applications and automation tools

Ability to contribute as a software engineer when not focused on AI/ML initiatives

This person will be impacting coding efficiency, creating tools for operations, and use cases like high-risk transactions. Meaning how can w use AI to review a high-risk transaction and determine if the customer should or should not proceed.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
