Description

We are looking for a dependable General Office Clerk to support with gift boxing, labeling, and placing items in these gifted boxes for a team of financial professionals in South San Francisco. This is a Contract position suited for someone with at least 1 year of experience who can keep files, materials, and routine office tasks organized and on schedule. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling clerical assignments, assisting with packaging-related support, and maintaining an orderly work environment. This is a 2-day assignment for Thursday 9/24 from 10am-3pm and Friday 9/25 10am-1pm.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support by completing routine office tasks accurately and efficiently.

Organize, label, and manage file boxes to maintain accessible and orderly records.

Assist with back-office activities such as document handling, filing, and general operational support.

Prepare and package components according to established instructions and workplace standards.

Maintain office materials and ensure supplies and packaged items are properly arranged for use or distribution.

Review clerical work for completeness and follow up on missing or unclear information as needed.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in a clerical, office support, or administrative role.

Ability to perform back-office support tasks with strong attention to detail.

Experience handling filing systems, records, or file boxes in an organized manner.

Comfortable completing packaging-related duties and other hands-on clerical assignments.

Strong basic communication and time management skills.

Ability to follow instructions, manage routine tasks, and work dependably in a structured office setting. TalentMatch®
