This role is accountable for integrating technical plans across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, controls/firmware as applicable), aligning resources and dependencies, and driving disciplined engineering execution across global and regional teams. The Engineering Project Coordinator drives engineering governance through technical milestone planning, design and readiness reviews, risk/issue management (RAID), and clear escalation paths to keep engineering work progressing. Success depends on informal leadership-building networks, influencing without authority, and partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and regional teams to resolve trade-offs, remove blockers, and maintain alignment to global product and platform priorities. This role also improves engineering execution by developing and deploying practical Engineering Project Management standards, templates, and best practices that help regional teams deliver consistent, globally aligned outcomes.
