Kelly is hiring for a Maintenance Technician for a 12-month contract role at Cleveland OH 44102 with our prestigious client.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Primary Location: Cleveland OH 44102

12-month contract - Onsite role

3rd shift - 10pm - 6:00am - Mon to Fri

Pay rate: $33/hr + $2 shift differential and a paid 30-minute meal break

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.

Diagnose and resolve equipment failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques.

Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase availability, capability, throughput, and yield.

Conduct failure analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

Maintain, repair, and optimize electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

Develop and update technical reports, maintenance procedures, and documentation related to equipment modifications and repairs.

Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications:

Requires strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.

Demonstrates full proficiency in a broad range of maintenance and technical procedures through specialized training and significant hands-on experience.

Applies established technical methodologies while adapting approaches to new and complex assignments.

Independently handles a variety of maintenance and troubleshooting responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Serves as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced team members.

Strong ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
