Robert Half is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager for one of our major clients in Arizona. This role will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated digital marketing strategies designed to increase brand visibility, generate qualified traffic and leads, improve customer engagement, and support overall revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who understands how multiple digital channels work together and can move comfortably between strategy, campaign execution, performance analysis, and optimization. This person should have hands-on experience across areas such as paid media, SEO/SEM, email, website optimization, social media, marketing automation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with business, brand, and revenue objectives.

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, email, organic search, and web channels.

Manage SEO and SEM initiatives to increase organic visibility, qualified website traffic, conversions, and lead generation.

Monitor campaign performance and use data to improve targeting, messaging, creative, spend, and conversion rates.

Partner with content, creative, sales, product, and agency teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Manage website content, landing pages, forms, conversion paths, and other digital customer touchpoints.

Build audience segmentation and targeting strategies based on customer behavior, campaign data, and business objectives.

Track and report on KPIs including traffic, conversions, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, return on ad spend, engagement, and marketing-influenced revenue.

Manage relationships with digital agencies, vendors, technology partners, and media platforms as needed.

Identify new digital channels, technologies, AI tools, and optimization opportunities that can improve marketing performance.

Maintain campaign budgets and make recommendations on channel and media allocation.

Develop dashboards and communicate campaign results and recommendations to marketing and business leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of digital marketing experience, including experience managing multi-channel campaigns.

Demonstrated experience with paid search, SEO, paid social, email marketing, web optimization, and digital analytics.

Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or comparable advertising platforms.

Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and digital reporting or visualization tools.

Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, or similar.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations.

Experience managing budgets and measuring marketing ROI.

Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
