We're seeking experienced QA/QC Specialists to join a high-profile data center construction program in Wisconsin. This role is ideal for electrical construction professionals who are passionate about quality, detail-oriented, and interested in supporting some of the most advanced mission-critical facilities in the country.
You'll play a key role in ensuring electrical systems are installed correctly the first time, supporting commissioning efforts, minimizing rework, and helping deliver the reliability standards expected in hyperscale data center environments.

What You'll Be Doing
Perform daily field inspections of electrical installations, including conduit, cable, terminations, grounding systems, equipment installations, labeling, and testing activities
Verify compliance with NEC, NFPA, project specifications, and hyperscale data center standards
Review electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, and installation documents
Participate in constructability reviews and provide quality-focused recommendations
Identify deficiencies, track corrective actions, and help prevent rework
Maintain inspection reports, quality logs, test records, equipment documentation, and turnover packages
Support commissioning activities and ensure installation quality aligns with L1-L5 commissioning requirements
Collaborate with project management, field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and commissioning teams
Assist with vendor qualification and specialty equipment quality reviews
Utilize Procore, Autodesk Build/BIM360, Bluebeam, and other construction management platforms to manage project documentation
What We're Looking For
3-7+ years of electrical construction experience
Experience on data centers, semiconductor facilities, industrial plants, or other mission-critical environments preferred
Strong understanding of NEC and NFPA 70E requirements
Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams, schematics, and construction drawings
Experience conducting quality inspections and identifying installation non-conformances
Familiarity with commissioning processes, testing requirements, and turnover documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively with field teams, project management, and clients

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
