Description As an Executive Assistant, you will provide critical logistical and organizational support the Head of Treasury, as well as other senior professionals on the team. You will work directly with professionals and partner with other Executive Assistants to provide seamless cross-coverage for each set of professionals. TPG's work environment is characterized by high stakes transactions, demanding schedules, and intense analytical work. The EA role is exciting, as well as challenging, and directly impacts TPG's success and reputation. Each Executive Assistant improves the effectiveness of the professionals they support as well as the firm overall through utilizing judgment, discretion, initiative, independent problem-solving, organizational skill, and communicating ability.

Location: Fort Worth, Tx Pay: $38/Hr Monday - Friday 8:00am -5:00pm Hybrid Schedule

Job Responsibilities · Comprehensive administrative duties including heavy calendaring, travel management, expense reimbursement and handling of confidential and sensitive information with discretion · Manage multiple calendars and heavy email traffic, responding in timely and detail oriented manner · Manage meeting planning, preparation, oversight and logistics execution · Coordinate travel arrangements and detailed itineraries for multiple travelers, including airfare, hotels, cars, meeting space, etc. (may include domestic and international travel) · Track travel and business expenses; responsible for timely submission of expense reports · Create and format slide presentations · Listen to the needs of others, respond and adapt, and build relationships of trust across diverse teams · Foresee and address potential issues as they arise · Provide back-up coverage to other administrative team members as needed Requirements Requirements · Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred · Minimum of 5 years of relevant administrative experience required (financial industry preferred) · Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) · Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to set and achieve priorities while working with multiple team members, several moving pieces at a time, and frequent status changes TalentMatch®
