Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST within SPECIAL BOATS TRAINING COMMAND. Responsibilities You will develop requirements documentation to support capability development and acquisition planning. You will analyze operational feedback and technology assessments to identify capability gaps. You will conduct capability-based assessments to support strategic planning and resource allocation. You will evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to policies and procedures. You will advise leadership on program priorities, technology risks, and long-range resource planning. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Developing JCIDS and SOFCIDS requirements documentation to support capability development and acquisition planning. Analyzing operational feedback, strategic guidance, and technology assessments to identify capability gaps and recommend solutions. Conducting capability-based assessments to support long-range planning, resource requirements, and budget development. Evaluating program effectiveness and developing procedures to improve organizational efficiency and mission readiness. Providing technical advice to leadership on program priorities, technology risks, and resource planning.
