Overview
We are seeking a Account Supervisor to support a fast paced and evolving automotive business. This is a hybrid role that brings together account management, program and project management, and strategic support.
The ideal candidate is a versatile, hands on agency professional who can help senior account and strategy leads translate priorities into action, keep multiple workstreams moving, and manage the details required to deliver high quality work on time.
This person will work closely with account, program integration, strategy, creative, production and client teams helping foster an inclusive environment where different viewpoints are valued and incorporated into the work. The role requires someone who is equally comfortable managing timelines and approvals, coordinating deliverables, supporting client communications, and helping develop and refine presentations and other strategic materials. Success in this role requires strong organization, sound judgment, attention to detail and a willingness to step in wherever needed to help the team and the business succeed.
Responsibilities
Support senior account leads across day to day client needs, helping translate priorities and decisions into clear actions, deliverables and follow through.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging best practices, helping identify relevant insights that can inform client recommendations, strategic discussions, and future opportunities.
Manage multiple workstreams from intake through delivery, including timelines, meetings, next steps, approvals, dependencies and follow up.
Help coordinate work across account, strategy, creative, production and other agency disciplines to ensure teams are aligned and deliverables continue to move forward.
Support the development of strategic presentations, briefs, executive communications and other client materials.
Help organize and synthesize inputs, refine copy and flow, and ensure presentations are polished, accurate and ready for client review.
Support internal team briefings and manage creative development, review cycles, client feedback, revisions, approvals and final delivery.
Manage the executional details required to keep the business running, including meeting preparation, status tracking, asset routing, legal and brand approvals, asset posting and distribution, and documentation as needed.
Maintain visibility across active workstreams so priorities, owners, timing, risks and decisions are clear to the broader team.
Identify issues or gaps early, help develop solutions and escalate decisions or dependencies to senior team members when appropriate.
Build strong working relationships with internal teams and client partners while supporting senior account leads in the overall management of the business.
Bring flexibility and a team first mindset, with a willingness to take on different responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve.
Qualifications
4 to 6 years of agency account management, integrated marketing, project management or related experience. Automotive experience is a plus.
Naturally curious about the automotive industry, consumer trends, and competitive activity, with an interest in connecting market insights to client business opportunities.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities and deadlines.
Experience supporting client relationships and working closely with senior account or project leaders.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize information and translate it into clear actions and deliverables.
Strong PowerPoint skills and comfort supporting presentation development, including organizing content, editing copy and polishing decks.
Experience working with creative, production and other agency disciplines to move work from briefing through approval and delivery.
Ability to take ownership of assignments and move work forward independently while knowing when to involve or escalate to senior team members.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to manage both larger assignments and the day to day execution required to keep the business moving.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with evolving priorities and some ambiguity.
Collaborative, curious and willing to roll up your sleeves to help the broader team succeed.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $102,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
