Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM + rotating on-call (about every 4 weeks)

What You'll Do

Complete maintenance service requests and resident repairs

Perform apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry issues

Maintain common areas, grounds, and property appearance

Assist with landscaping, snow removal, and general property upkeep

Track work orders, inventory, and maintenance records

Support multiple apartment communities as needed

Requirements

2+ years of apartment or building maintenance experience

EPA Certification required

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs

Own basic maintenance hand tools

Ability to participate in an on-call rotation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multifamily/apartment communities

Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
