Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support correspondence operations for a health insurance organization in Manasquan, New Jersey. This Long-term Contract position focuses on preparing and coordinating outgoing employee communications while maintaining a high standard of accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with reports and databases, and able to manage multiple priorities during a regular 40-hour business week.

Responsibilities:

Partner with departments across the organization to collect and verify information needed for employee communications.

Prepare, review, and distribute outgoing correspondence with close attention to quality, consistency, and policy compliance.

Maintain organized documentation of sent communications, including logs and related records for tracking purposes.

Safeguard sensitive information and handle confidential materials with sound judgment and discretion.

Use database tools to run recurring transactions and support more efficient communication processes.

Create and update distribution lists by pulling data from internal reports and system records.

Review and analyze reporting data to support communication planning and delivery needs.

Contribute ideas that improve administrative workflows and enhance the efficiency of correspondence activities. Requirements - Experience providing administrative support in an office or corporate environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel in a Windows-based setting.

Strong Excel capabilities for reporting, list management, and basic data analysis.

High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail, especially when managing written communications.

Effective organizational and time-management skills with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.

Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach when working with internal teams.

Ability to manage confidential information appropriately and work comfortably with databases and reporting tools. TalentMatch®
