Description

We are seeking customer-focused and professional Call Center Representatives to join a busy team in Wall Township, NJ. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, accounts, and general requests.

Accurately document customer interactions and update information within company systems.

Research and resolve customer concerns while providing timely follow-up when needed.

Process requests, orders, and account updates with a high degree of accuracy.

Meet productivity, quality, and customer service performance metrics.

Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve escalated issues.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications

Previous call center, customer service, or contact center experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

Proficient computer and data entry skills.

Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
