Job Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Communications Analyst to support marketing campaigns, lead generation, content development, social media, trade shows, events, and marketing analytics for industrial and technical brands.
The primary focus of this position will be campaign management . The successful candidate will be organized, analytical, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across a broad range of marketing functions while working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and technical subject-matter experts.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and track integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and traditional channels.
Support lead-generation campaigns using HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
Develop email workflows, landing pages, and lead-nurturing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
Partner with Sales to support lead qualification and handoff.
Assist with LinkedIn, YouTube, and other business-focused social media activities.
Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Support event logistics, vendor coordination, booth materials, staffing, lead capture, and follow-up.
Assist with case studies, blogs, white papers, presentations, and sales materials.
Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate technical information into clear marketing content.
Track marketing performance using Excel, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Prepare reports and dashboards related to campaigns, digital marketing, and events.
Maintain consistent brand messaging across marketing channels.
Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and efficiency.
Support internal and external communications initiatives.
Assist with marketing materials using Canva or similar tools as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Two to five years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience with HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar marketing automation platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms used for business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and project-management abilities.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Positive attitude and willingness to handle both strategic and administrative tasks.
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, industrial technology, or technical products.
CRM and lead-lifecycle management experience.
Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
Trade show or event-planning experience.
Experience creating content with Canva or similar tools.
Exposure to AI tools for marketing content, analytics, or automation.
