Position Summary
The Marketing & Communications Analyst supports the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for ITT Flow Technologies (a division of ITT) brands. This role is responsible for campaign planning and execution, lead generation, content development, and event/tradeshow management. Working closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts (SMEs), the Analyst ensures alignment between marketing initiatives and business growth objectives.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager, this role plays a key part in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and pipeline growth across key markets
Essential Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies for industrial brands under ITT Flow Technologies
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels
Align messaging with brand positioning, value propositions, and market priorities
Contribute insights and recommendations to optimize marketing performance and ROI
Campaign & Lead Generation
Plan, build, and execute lead generation campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot
Develop and manage email marketing workflows, landing pages, and nurturing sequences
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
Partner with sales teams to ensure leads are effectively qualified and handed off
Tradeshow & Event Management
Coordinate participation in industry tradeshows, conferences, and customer events
Manage event logistics including vendor coordination, materials, booth planning, and staffing
Develop pre- and post-event marketing plans to maximize engagement and lead capture
Track event ROI and prepare post-event performance reports
Content Development & Communications
Collaborate with SMEs to create technical and commercial content including case studies, blogs, white papers, and presentations
Support internal and external communications initiatives
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels
Assist in the development of sales enablement materials
Data, Reporting & Analytics
Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics (campaigns, digital channels, events)
Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Provide regular insights to support strategic decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and SMEs to ensure technical accuracy and relevance
Maintain consistent communication to support campaign execution and content creation
Contribute to strategic planning under direction of the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, personalization, and campaign effectiveness
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and marketing impact
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices
Position Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in industrial or technical environments
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) in a business @context
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing, industrial technologies, or flow/processing industries
Knowledge of CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
Basic understanding of SEO/SEM and digital marketing best practices
Experience supporting tradeshows or large-scale events
Exposure to AI tools for marketing content creation, analytics, or automation
