Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer to work closely with Project Managers and Principals in the development of high-quality design and construction deliverables. This role offers the opportunity to contribute throughout the project lifecycle, from design documentation and consultant coordination to client interaction and construction administration support.
The ideal candidate is passionate about design, enjoys working in a collaborative studio environment, and is eager to develop their technical and project coordination skills while working alongside experienced architectural professionals.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers and Principals to develop project deliverables and design solutions.
Prepare and coordinate project documentation for a variety of project @types.
Work closely with consultants and internal team members throughout the design and documentation process.
Participate in client meetings and project coordination efforts.
Assist with construction administration activities and field-related documentation.
Support the development and production of drawings, presentations, and project materials.
QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
3+ years of professional architectural experience.
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience preparing construction documents and coordinating project deliverables.
Preferred
Experience working on multifamily and/or office projects.
Exposure to consultant coordination and client-facing responsibilities.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
