Charter Sales Representative - San Gabriel, CA - Onsite

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming customer inquiries

Participation in outbound sales calls/campaigns

Provide accurate pricing and booking information to customers

Communication / coordination with local Charter Operations Teams

Booking and confirming trips

Follow up on pending quotes

Invoicing, payment processing, and collection in certain markets

Other duties as assigned

The hourly wage is $20 - $25/hour.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years' experience in customer service and inside sales

Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision

Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task effectively

Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual is a plus
