Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support health insurance enrollment operations in New Jersey. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, managing detailed information accurately, and working in a structured customer-focused environment. The team provides thorough training, making this a strong fit for candidates who bring strong administrative and communication skills, even without prior industry experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with benefits enrollment questions and provide clear, attentive support throughout the process

Enter and update numeric and alphanumeric information with a high degree of accuracy in internal systems

Review forms and submitted details for completeness, consistency, and potential discrepancies

Communicate with customers and team members using email and other standard office tools to resolve outstanding items

Maintain organized electronic records and documentation related to enrollment activity

Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to track work, prepare communications, and manage daily tasks

Follow established procedures, training guidelines, and quality standards while handling sensitive information

Contribute to a high-volume service environment by managing assigned tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines Requirements - Strong data entry skills, including both numeric and alphanumeric accuracy

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams

High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records

Comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment

Ability to learn new procedures quickly through structured training
