Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $48 per hour
Shift: 1st shift (6a.m. - 3p.m.), Potential Overtime Required, Must be willing to flex and support variable shifts as needed

What's a typical day as Quality Engineer? You'll be:
Supporting the Quality Services Team through all factory engineering processes
Performing in-line inspection, tool & gauge asset management, and GD&T analysis/CMM inspection
Managing non-conformance processing and containment activities
Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Management to ensure process compliance
Leveraging SAP, NCCA, DNCM, and other tools to process and complete work efficiently
Supporting shop floor staff in coordinating containment and inspection activities
Providing daily report-out documentation and ensuring effective communication on prioritization and completed work
Maintaining process documentation and control
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Bring a can-do attitude and are willing to engage, learn, and adapt to the evolving needs of the business
Have strong experience in manufacturing environments
Are proficient in basic office applications (MS Suite)
Are local to East Moline, IL, and able to work on-site (metatarsal boots required on Day 1)
Are able to work on a W2 contract basis (no C2C)
Are not in need of visa sponsorship now or in the near future
Preferred but not required:
Background in GD&T
Experience with CMM programming
Familiarity with ISO standards
Skill in data & analytics tool creation
