Description
Stinson LLP is seeking an Associate with at least five years of experience to join the Tax, Trusts & Estates Division in our Minneapolis office.
Stinson's Tax, Trusts & Estates attorneys represent individuals, executives, families, closely held businesses, charitable organizations, and individual and corporate fiduciaries. We are dedicated to helping high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries navigate the complexities of wealth preservation and transfer. We design and implement sophisticated, highly customized estate and gift planning strategies that align with each client's unique personal, financial, and philanthropic objectives - all with a keen focus on maximizing tax efficiency.
Qualified candidates must be licensed in Minnesota or eligible to waive in, have at least five years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and have a strong interest in drafting. Qualified applicants will possess excellent academic credentials; strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; the ability to convey complex concepts clearly; and a proven ability to handle multiple projects with different teams and timelines.

Our attorney compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The salary range for this position is $245,000-$275,000. This range is based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individual's unique qualifications and experience.
