? What You'll Do
?? Troubleshoot & Repair Industrial Equipment
Diagnose and repair motors, conveyors, pumps, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment
Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement lasting solutions
?? Perform Preventive Maintenance
Execute scheduled maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability
Inspect machinery and facility systems to prevent unexpected downtime
?? Electrical & Controls Troubleshooting
Diagnose issues involving sensors, relays, contactors, switches, and motor controls
Support the safe operation of automated production equipment
?? Minimize Downtime
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production issues
Partner with operations teams to restore equipment efficiently
?? CMMS & Maintenance Documentation
Complete work orders, maintenance records, and repairs accurately within the CMMS system
?? Promote a Safe Workplace
Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, and company safety standards
?? What We're Looking For
? Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills
? Experience maintaining equipment in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment
? Ability to diagnose both mechanical and electrical issues
? Comfortable working around industrial machinery and automated equipment
? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
? Reliable, safety-focused, and eager to learn

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
