Description We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent role. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of service and delivery initiatives, working closely with clients, internal partners, and external vendors to keep work moving smoothly from kickoff through completion. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and takes a proactive approach to improving operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead several active projects at once, guiding each engagement from initial planning through final delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.

Partner with internal departments, third-party vendors, and customers to align schedules, expectations, and next steps throughout the project lifecycle.

Track milestones, timelines, open items, and shifting priorities to help ensure commitments are met and work remains on schedule.

Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to clients and leadership through clear, timely updates and status reporting.

Address day-to-day issues quickly, remove obstacles where possible, and elevate critical concerns when broader support is needed.

Support scheduling, resource coordination, and workflow planning to improve team efficiency and execution across service activities.

Assist with procurement, logistics, deployment coordination, and other operational tasks tied to customer delivery needs.

Evaluate current processes, recommend practical improvements, and help strengthen the overall client experience.

Help ensure services are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in a manner that builds trust and long-term customer satisfaction. Requirements - At least 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, account management, customer service, or a closely related field.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and follow-through.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

Sound problem-solving abilities and good judgment when handling issues, escalations, and changing business needs.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other standard business software tools.

Experience with project coordination, vendor management, logistics, supply chain activities, or workstation-related support is strongly valued.

Familiarity with project management practices and service delivery processes within technology, service-based, or logistics-focused environments is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
