Robert Half is partnering with a respected law firm in San Francisco seeking a Receptionist / Legal Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to attorneys. This is a highly visible role that serves as the face of the office while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system

Greet clients and visitors and maintain a professional front office environment

Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Coordinate conference room scheduling, meetings, and office events

Order and maintain office supplies and vendor relationships

Serve as a liaison with building management

Proofread, format, and revise legal documents

Convert, organize, and redact documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF

Maintain electronic files and document management systems

Process expense reports, timesheets, and other administrative requests

Assist attorneys with travel arrangements and other administrative support

Requirements

3+ years of law firm administrative, legal assistant, or legal secretary experience

Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred

Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat skills

Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational abilities

Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
