About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Senior Manager for our Walnut Creek and Pleasanton, CA branch locations. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/en/) .

In this role, you will:

Support moderately complex administrative tasks

Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation

Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs

Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks

Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process

Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line

Assist with open requisitions, scheduling interviews and follow up items related to hiring

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Previous knowledge and experience in the financial services industry

Dependable and accessible, with the ability to prioritize urgent requests and adapt to changing executive needs

Exceptional follow-up skills, ensuring timely execution, resolution, and communication of priorities and action items

Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments

Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Job Expectations:

This position will support the following locations: Walnut Creek, CA and Pleasanton, CA

Relocation assistance is not available for this position

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$30.77 - $45.67
