Administrative Clerk

Job Title: Administrative Clerk

Location: White Plains, NY

Type: Contract

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

Provide clerical and scheduling support to Housing Choice Voucher Program Operations

Process contracts, verifications, reports, and logs as assigned

Prepare and maintain files, records, and reports (filing, scanning, indexing)

Manage recertification, intake scheduling, and tracking procedures

Serve as a liaison regarding scheduled/missed appointments

Provide general program information and assist with customer inquiries

Support front desk reception as needed and assist with additional departmental tasks

Requirements:

1+ year of administrative experience; housing program or similar field a plus

Strong customer service and communication skills; experience working with diverse clientele

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information

Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent 3 years of relevant experience)

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
