Genesis10 is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in New York, NY. This is an onsite 4+ month contract opportunity.This role provides crucial administrative support to the Japan Equity Sales & Trading Group, ensuring the efficient operation of the team. The successful candidate will support managers and colleagues through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities: Process expenses for the team, including submission and management of reimbursement requests, and tracking and payment of expenses Arrange and book business travel, client meetings, customer events, conference calls, and conference rooms Answer phones for the desk Handle ad hoc administrative projects and tasks as requested Interact with internal and external stakeholders, including the company's affiliate in Japan, for various requestsRequirements: 5-7 years of administrative experience Strong written and oral communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization Proficient in MS Office Suite Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to meet strict and competing deadlines, with excellent attention to detail Takes ownership of work and can be relied upon by the team to follow up, follow through and resolve day-to-day issues Highly collaborative and flexible in a team and client environment with an ability to form good relationships Able to work onsite 5 days per weekDesired skills: Bilingual Japanese/English language skills Experience with ConcurPay range: up to $29.91 per hourOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
