Looking for Warehouse Operator jobs in Newville where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Experience operating an Order Picker/Cherry Picker forklift required

Experience unloading trucks is a plus

Job Duties

Operate an Order Picker/Cherry Picker forklift safely

Unload inbound trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse

Pick, stage, and organize inventory for shipment

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Preferred Qualifications

Previous warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics experience is preferred.

Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment is beneficial.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory procedures, shipping software, or RF scanning equipment is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Operator.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.

Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
