Division Manager Trainee

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties. Review financial statements, sales or activity reports, or other performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement or to identify areas needing cost reduction or program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: What You Bring: Must have a valid driver\'s license. Extensive knowledge of the State permits requirements and procedures. Three or more years related experience in the supervision of heavy mechanical equipment and field operations. Leadership experience in the railroad or environmental industry Three or more years experience operating heavy mechanical equipment preferred. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to all @types of people, both verbally and in writing; strong communication, decision-making, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
