Role summary:

The (USA) Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management, plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic planning, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This position requires expertise in sales forecasting, account planning, and negotiation to support customer retention and business development. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver tailored solutions, optimize product offerings, and enhance client relationships. The Senior Analyst applies business acumen and product knowledge to inform decision-making and advance organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Our team is committed to supporting sellers in expanding their businesses on Walmart Marketplace by delivering quality products at competitive prices. We manage a portfolio of business accounts, emphasizing strong relationship building and strategic growth. Through regular meetings and personalized engagement, we drive business development and customer retention. The team leverages data analysis, sales forecasting, and stakeholder management to create effective account plans. Collaboration and clear communication are key as we work closely with partners to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions that align with business goals and market trends.

What you'll do:

Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and industry data to inform strategic account planning and forecasting.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives and customer retention.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored product solutions and optimize account performance.

Lead negotiation efforts by preparing data-driven proposals and aligning outcomes with organizational goals.

Manage client onboarding processes, resolving issues and identifying integration opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Utilize CRM and sales forecasting tools to monitor account health and drive business development initiatives.

What you'll bring:

Proven expertise in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and revenue estimation techniques.

Strong skills in stakeholder management, engagement, and effective communication across multiple levels.

Demonstrated ability in client onboarding, resolving issues, and driving integration between customer and internal systems.

In-depth knowledge of product features, value propositions, and solution selling to support business growth.

Proficiency in data analysis, business process improvement, and decision-making based on relevant metrics.

Experience in negotiation, building partnerships, and delivering business solutions aligned with organizational goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
