Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Becker, Minnesota

Type: 12 month Contract

Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Work Model: Onsite - onsite

Hours: Approximately 24-32 hours per week, Monday through Thursday

Responsibilities

General office support including filing and arranging meetings

Calendar management and meeting coordination

Catering arrangements for meetings and events

Taking meeting notes and distributing summaries

Backup support for time and expense management in UKG

Occasional plant floor presence (approximately 10%)

Requirements

5-7 years of general administrative experience (minimum 3 years required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with SAP, Workday, and UKG systems

Strong English language proficiency

Ability to support office staff and coordinate logistics

Comfortable working in a power plant environment with occasional plant floor exposure
