As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control, and respond to alarm-related activity. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while helping create a welcoming environment. Wed12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

Thur12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.

Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders while escalating security-related concerns through appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
