Description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and community-focused Marketing & Leasing Specialist to help drive occupancy, resident engagement, and brand awareness for a multifamily apartment community in Fort Myers. This is more than a traditional leasing role. We're looking for someone who can think outside the box, create excitement around the property, and develop innovative marketing initiatives that attract and retain residents.

The ideal candidate combines strong sales and leasing abilities with hands-on marketing experience, social media savvy, event planning skills, and a passion for creating memorable resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Brand Awareness

Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase occupancy.

Manage the property's social media presence, including content creation, photography, video, and community engagement.

Create promotional materials, email campaigns, and digital marketing content.

Build relationships with local businesses, employers, real estate professionals, and community organizations.

Identify unique partnership and grassroots marketing opportunities that increase visibility and traffic.

Track campaign performance and recommend new strategies to improve results.

Leasing & Sales

Conduct property tours and provide an exceptional prospect experience.

Convert leads into leases through proactive follow-up and relationship building.

Maintain knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competing communities.

Assist with lease renewals and resident retention initiatives.

Manage lead activity and maintain accurate records within property management systems.

Resident Engagement

Plan and execute resident events, community outreach programs, and lifestyle experiences.

Develop creative initiatives that foster a strong sense of community.

Support resident retention through engagement, communication, and customer service excellence.

Serve as a brand ambassador for the community both online and in person.

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in multifamily leasing, property management, marketing, hospitality, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Experience planning events, promotions, or community engagement initiatives preferred.

Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Photography, video content creation, and graphic design experience are a plus.
