Description We are looking for a Sales Assistant to support a busy media team in Fort Myers, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping sales operations organized, managing administrative details, and helping internal teams and customers stay on track. The role focuses on coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate account information, and providing dependable day-to-day support in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate sales-related documents, order processing, and account records to help maintain efficient daily operations.

Review customer account details for accuracy and update internal databases to keep information current and well organized.

Investigate and help resolve billing discrepancies by working with internal departments and following up on open issues.

Prepare routine reports and summarize basic sales or account activity for team review.

Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and other administrative tasks that support the sales staff.

Monitor paperwork and contract-related files to ensure documents are complete, accessible, and properly maintained.

Provide general branch and office support to help the team manage multiple priorities effectively. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or sales support role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members and customers.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail in handling records, reports, and documentation.

Ability to manage several assignments at once and remain productive in a fast-moving office setting.

Experience supporting sales, contract administration, branch administration, or database-related tasks is preferred.

Comfortable handling routine problem-solving related to customer accounts, billing questions, and office coordination. TalentMatch®
