Becoming a Better Clinician

We invest heavily in clinical development. Our therapists have backgrounds in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, pelvic health, manual therapy, dry needling, and spinal manipulation.

Compensation & Benefits

Your work should be rewarded.

Our compensation and benefits include:

$130,000-150,000 Total compensation

$100,000-120,000 salary

Performance bonus opportunities

Qualifications

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a Physical Therapist who:

Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

Holds or is eligible for an Alaska Physical Therapy license

Wants to continue growing clinically

Values collaboration over competition

Communicates well with patients and coworkers

Wants to contribute ideas instead of simply following a script

Cares about delivering excellent patient care

Wants to be part of a team they genuinely enjoy
