Starting wage of $20.39/hour with a potential shift differential of 7.5%-20% *
Join our team and serve as an essential part of Colorado School of Mines success! Maintaining the cleanliness of our facilities is critical in providing a safe, comfortable, functional and aesthetically pleasing campus environment that is conducive to teaching, learning and living. We need YOU to help us create the best possible environment for our faculty, staff, students and campus visitors! This posting is for Night and Weekend Shifts including:
Sunday - Thursday; 5:00pm-1:30am
Tuesday - Saturday; 4:00pm - 12:30pm
Saturday to Tuesday; 6:30am - 5:00pm
Monday to Thursday; 9:00pm - 7:30am
Please note: this posting may be used to fill openings on other shift s on rare occasions.
*Positions may be eligible for shift differential if majority of hours fall with the following hours worked. For more information, please contact your recruiter.
Regular rate applies when work hours fall between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (no shift differential).
Second shift differential rate (7.5%) applies when half or more of the scheduled work hours fall between 4:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Third shift differential rate (14%) applies when half or more of the scheduled work hours fall between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Weekend differential rate (20%) applies when more than half of the scheduled shift hours fall on a weekend shift. Weekend shifts start at 4:00 pm Friday through 6:00 am Monday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Six months of experience in custodial work or closely-related work. This experience includes but not limited to sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, general dusting and vacuuming within an office/school environment.This experience must be substantiated within the Work Experience section of your application.
