Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal staff. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling a variety of administrative and receptionist duties while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately

Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms as needed

Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and general administrative support

Respond to email and in-person inquiries or route them to the appropriate team member

Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day office operations

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts

Requirements

Qualifications:

1+ years of receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
